Small is beautiful, too. (And, of course, there’s nothing quite like a newly renovated, warm, cozy kitchen.) Our years of renovations and small projects include updating kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, additions, and more. You name it and we have probably built it—many times.

Our approach is a bit different.

When we open walls to update mechanical and electrical systems, we also look for ways to air seal and super-insulate the exposed structure.

Why? Because whatever project we take on, large or small, we’re always thinking about high-performance energy, long-term savings, and your comfort. And sometimes the most economical way to perform a deep energy retrofit is to take on a phased approach, working on small projects over time.
